Lulu.Com – A resource for self-publishing your books and other promotional material – not necessarily comic specific but it is a resource none-the-less.

ComiXpress.com – A resource for self-publishing geared specifically towards comics. You’ll find other resources there as well.

Ka-Blam.Com – A resource for self-publishing geared specifically towards comics, they do quite a bit here, including posters, tees and other promotional items.

DigitalWebbing.Com – Though the link takes you to the specific reason it’s a resource [the talent search is a great place to find jobs / collaborators] there are links and articles and shops to find info on some of the latest comics to be published.
